AH8619 integrates multiple protection functions: VDD undervoltage protection (UVLO), VDD overvoltage protection (OVP), cycle-by-cycle limit current protection (OCP), short circuit protection (SLP) and VDD clamping. AH8619 integrates high-voltage and high-power MOSFET, with wide voltage input range of 10-100 V 3% constant current, constant voltage precision and standby power consumption of less than 30mW. Multi-mode PWM control mode works soundlessly, with optimized dynamic response and adjustable line loss compensation. Integrated with constant current compensation of line voltage and load voltage, it has perfect protection functions: short-circuit protection (SLP), over-temperature protection (OTP), leading edge blanking (LEB) pin of cycle-by-cycle current protection. Adopt SOP8 package.
