【记录坑】windows2012 R2、8.1提示Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime错误解决方法

环境win2012R2 64位 datacenter，为了安装Apache 2.4.12 Win64http://www.apachelounge.com/download/，需要安装这个 VC14 vcredist_x64/86.exe

但安装失败，不知是什么原因，提示丢失计算机中丢失api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll，apache无法启动
