解决方法(待验证):
Adding the pci=noaer boot option solves the problem.
--------------------------------------------------------
linux16 /vmlinuz-4.16.8-300.fc28.x86_64 root=UUID=e67508f3-5217-453f-835f-d6c1d919a4ec ro resume=UUID=d64711c2-9a97-47f8-97ec-1bcc291b92f7 rhgb quiet LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 pci=noaer
4. Ctrl + X 启动

Adding the pci=noaer boot option solves the problem.
*********** MASS BUG UPDATE ************** We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale. Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 25 kernel bugs.Fedora 25 has now been rebased to 4.9.3-200.fc25. Please test this kernel update (or newer) and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel. If you have moved on to Fedora 26, and are still experiencing this issue, please change the version to Fedora 26.If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those.
*********** MASS BUG UPDATE ************** This bug is being closed with INSUFFICIENT_DATA as there has not been a response in 4 weeks. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reopen and attach the relevant data from the latest kernel you are running and any data that might have been requested previously.
Reopening this now for F26. Same problem with the log being filled with messages on a fully patched O/S. The machine does boot and act reasonably normal, but during the initial dnf -y update operation using the wireless NIC, I noticed it would periodically fail to download and I could see the wireless icon in the upper right corner fade and turn into a question mark as it did so. Sometimes it would resume, but most of the time the dnf would time out and I'd wait a minute to restart it and it would pick up where it left off. There's definitely something wrong with the wireless NIC driver as when the box is booted to Windows, it works flawlessly.
kernel 4.11.11-300.fc26.x86_64If I turn the use of the wireless NIC off via setup and then boot the box, there are no journal errors recorded that I can see after watching journalctl -f for 30 seconds. If I then turn the use of the wireless NIC on in setup, the journal is immediately flooded with messages. If in the same boot session I then turn the NIC off again, the flood of messages slows down to 1 every 5 seconds. If I reboot and supply the "noaer" option for the kernel, the journal has the pcieport errors occurring at a rate of 1 every 5 seconds even with the wireless NIC turned off in setup. If I turn the NIC on in setup, the flood of messages is immediate. If I turn the NIC Off in setup, the rate of messages returns to 1 every 5 seconds. The ID is always 00e5 (Receiver ID) as shown in the initial post. Apparently, noaer does nothing to alter the situation.
The Priority and Severity options on this page don't seem to work but this bug makes the box unusable because the wireless is unreliable.I've had this box waiting for F26 since I initially reported the problem when I installed F25 and that O/S had so many issues I gave up on it.
Attaching a modified log file for a few hours starting with today boot. The journal is flooded with the following messages endless repeated, so I removed them from the attached file: Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, id=00e5(Receiver ID) Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: device [8086:9d15] error status/mask=00000001/00002000 Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: [ 0] Receiver Error (First) Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: AER: Multiple Corrected error received: id=00e5 Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: can't find device of ID00e5 Jul 30 06:49:00 windows.private.ycc kernel: pcieport 0000:00:1c.5: AER: Corrected error received: id=00e5 JThe attached file shows the sequence of events without the above lines cluttering the display.

Problem persists with kernel 4.12.5Can I get some acknowledgement that someone has noticed this issue or is the fact that it was closed for no apparent reason months ago when it was happening on F25 some indicator that no one is ever going to look at this.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 26 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 26. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '26'.Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not able to fix it before Fedora 26 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior this bug is closed as described in the policy above.Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete.

*********** MASS BUG UPDATE **************We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale. Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 23 kernel bugs.Fedora 23 has now been rebased to 4.7.4-100.fc23. Please test this kernel update (or newer) and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel. If you have moved on to Fedora 24 or 25, and are still experiencing this issue, please change the version to Fedora 24 or 25.If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those.
I see something like this on a UX305CA.201 running 4.7.5-200.fc24.x86_64. There doesn't seem to be any loss of function.THis is a typical message burst:[50206.210039] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: AER: Corrected error received: id=00e0 [50206.210077] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, id=00e0(Receiver ID) [50206.210088] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: device [8086:9d13] error status/mask=00000001/00000000 [50206.210097] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: [ 0] Receiver Error (First)

This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '23'.Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not able to fix it before Fedora 23 is end of life.
I see this regularly error upon booting my Asus Ux305CA, kernel 4.8.10-200.fc24.x86_64:[ 5.058937] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: AER: Corrected error received: id=00e0 [ 5.058950] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, id=00e0(Receiver ID) [ 5.058952] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: device [8086:9d13] error status/mask=00000001/00002000 [ 5.058955] pcieport 0000:00:1c.0: [ 0] Receiver Error (First)Here's the "lspci -nn" for device 8086:9d13:00:1c.0 PCI bridge [0604]: Intel Corporation Device [8086:9d13] (rev f1)I'd change the version of this report to 24, but I don't think I have the power to do so.Of course, let me know if I can provide more information to better understand this problem.
I do have this bug regulary on my MSI laptop, with any kernels from 4.3.5-300.fc23.x86_64 to 4.8.8-300.fc25.x86_64.In my case it seems related to my nvidia card. As soon as I disable the nouveau driver on boot, all problems are gone.I've known this bug on Fedora 23, 24 and now 25.Please consider upating the target to F25, if somehow it is relevant.
Fedora 23 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-12-20. Fedora 23 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this bug.Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
