佳能M50相机录了几段MP4视频后，由于误操作视频删除了，而且删除之后有录制过了其它视频内容。由于丢失的视频比较珍贵，想尽了各种方法来进行恢复，但是都未能成功，要么找不到视频，要么找出来的视频格式转变（本来是MP4格式，软件恢复出来是MOV格式），而且损坏无法打开了，再用其它办法把损坏的视频修复播放，修复效果也是非常的差，严重的卡顿，声音也不正常。
对损坏的视频和相机SD卡进行分析，发现丢失的视频碎片已经有少量的覆盖破坏，这是导致视频无法播放的根本原因。而剩下的其它碎片必须要经过专业的方法去修复处理，才可以使视频正常播放，修复出来的MP4视频流畅无卡顿，声音同步。
