Win7旗舰版在使用过程中经常出现蓝屏现象，蓝屏代码0x000003b
打开系统的事件查看器，在蓝屏时间点，查看应用程序的日志，日志如下：

描述:

Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
