QR二维条码是日本的专利,那如果我们开发相应的编码和解码软件构成侵权,以及需要支付专利费吗?
专利问题是潜在的,QR目前并没有收取相关的费用,但是不代表以后不收取,DM就让NOKIA交了2亿美元。
国内的标准应该就没有这样的问题,费用上也应该更便宜。
国家之所以要采用自己的标准,不只是因为专利的问题,还包括若我们采用国外的标准,我们还需要在设备的投入上花费更多钱,而且条码是信息采集技术,还涉及到信息安全问题,所以一个国家肯定是要支持自己的二维码标准的,这也是为什么各个国家都有自己的二维码的标准得原因。
