基于ARM® Cortex®-M7的STM32H7 MCU系列采用了ST的非易失性存储器(NVM)技术。从片内闪存执行代码时,其处理器性能得分为1327 DMIPS/ 3224 CoreMark。
STM32H7产品线包括三个系列:
双核系列:基于Arm® Cortex®-M7和Cortex®-M4的双核产品,运行频率分别可达480 MHz和240 MHz,支持更多的处理和应用程序分区。STM32H7双核产品系列可与内置的SMPS一起使用,以提高动态电源效率。

◦STM32H745/H755:内置TFT-LCD、JPEG codec,芯片支持工业温度等级从-40°C至125°C环境温度的特性可选
单核系列:基于Cortex®-M7的产品,或者运行于550 MHz频率下实现最佳性能,或在280 MHz频率的停止模式下、以34µA典型的功耗实现性能和节电的独特结合。
