Port Monitor Policy Parameters
Each policy contains one or more counters to monitor. Counters have the following parameters: 每个策略包含一个或多个要监控的计数器。计数器有以下参数：
Counter name: The name of the counter which describes its function. 说明计数器功能的名称。
Poll-interval: The amount of time, in seconds, to achieve the counter’s rising-threshold or falling-threshold. 计数器达到上升阈值或下降阈值所需的时间（秒）。
Delta or absolute: The way the counter’s value is interpreted. A delta counter takes the difference between the counter’s current value and the counter’s previous value. Most counters are delta-type counters. 计数器值的解释方式。delta 计数器取计数器当前值与计数器先前值之间的差值。大多数计数器都是 delta 型计数器。
Rising-threshold: The value the counter must reach to trigger a rising-threshold event. 计数器必须达到的触发上升阈值事件的值。
Event: The event-id number is an indication of the severity. The value that can be configured is 1 to 65535 but only values 1 through 5 are defined. These correspond to the RMON event values.
